Rebecca and Jenny were sitting in their office feeling very sad, when they decided suddenly that it might make them happy if they started their own recruitment business and give people the service that they deserved.

So in September 1999, in a small attic room in a building on a cobbled street in Edinburgh the adventure began.

They say that from small acorns mighty oak trees grow and recruitment is no different. From those humble beginnings Rebecca and Jenny have established a lovely business. We didn't want to stop there though and dreamt that one day all recruitment companies would be as good as ours. Rebecca decided to grow the Cuthbert family offering talented people the chance to work under our special brand.
